Giant museum pottery Hopi Antoinette Silas Honie rare!

Product #:  A5000
Brand:  Hopi
Description:  Famous Antoinette Silas Honie pottery. She is a premier Hopi artist and award winner. Search the net for Antoinette Silas or Antoinette Honie [her recent married name] for info. Look in any fine Hopi art book.......Collectors, gallery pricing on this giant pottery is 1500 to 3000 dollars! We commissioned our friend Antoinette to build this fine 10 X 10 museum piece. It took over four months to make and wait for the perfect weather to fire outdoors. This piece looks enormous and is very rare. Ready for a collection or museum. It must be double boxed and insurance is included. The Hopi people thank you for your support. ....A very traditional piece. Antoinette Silas Honie digs her own clay at the 1st Mesa pueblo. It takes over 2 weeks just to prepare the clay. This fine piece is then hand shaped and smoothed with a flat rock. Then it is hand painted with a Yucca strand using natural plants, beeweed and wild spinage. It is then fired in a 1000 year old tradition hole outdoors filled with sheep dung. Don't pay thousands of dollars in a gallery. We are a gallery that have close ties to our artist. We will include a C.O.D from our store fromthisplanet.com. You can not go wrong, this is a must have. We will insure this piece with the price. We have 100% perfect feedback for a reason...If you would like more pictures of this item we will make them available please write... The fire cloud on this pot is the finest I have seen......
